Honestians and Liarists

On planet Dichotomy, there are two tribes, Honestians and Liarists. 

Honestians always tell the truth.  Liarists always lie. The first two people meet you meet are called Paul and Simon.  Paul says, “We are both Liarists.” Work out which tribe each person belongs to.
